Fabrics
Medium weight to light weight quilting or cotton fabrics, gingham, light weight corduroy or denim, and other light weight washable blends. Also suitable for material with some stretch content up to 10%. Ruffles can also be made with satin, tulle organza or other non stretch light weight materials.
Notions
Elastic 12mm roll for waist, elastic 9mm braided or knitted for legs.
This pattern is designed for use with a sewing machine and overlocker. Alternative instructions are given for completing without an overlocker.
