A beautiful enchanting dress with cap sleeves and full petticoat of tulle. Dress is fully lined with high waist for a cute flattering look. Additional instructions provided to make the petticoat a detachable pettiskirt.

Fabrics
Medium weight to light weight quilting or cotton fabrics, gingham and other light weight washable blends. Also suitable for material with some stretch content up to 10% of content. Petticoat made with soft/medium stiff tulle and nylon chiffon of matching colour for end peekaboo ruffle.
Notions
Elastic 25mm if detaching the petticoat, matching thread, monofilament or invisible polyester thread for hand gathering invisible zipper approx 30cm long.
This pattern is designed for use with a sewing machine and overlocker. Alternative instructions are given for completing without an overlocker.
Sizing is provided for 2 to 7 years.
